Imagine the price at the pump takes a larger percentage of our income than it did when Dad was a boy, but it still took a bit of change to fill up the tank back then.
Something else that doesn’t ever seem to change… the price of gas keeps going up, Up, UP! Even though we’ve seen a dip in gas prices over the past month, gas prices are breaking seasonal records and Americans are on track to spend more money on gas than ever before in 2011.
