Brompton is a manufacturer of Folding Bicycles, Electric Folding Bicycles and related products. All of their Bikes are designed and manufactured in their factory in West London, England. They have been putting out high quality Bikes at competitive prices since their debut in 1988. The company remains in private hands and is now led by Will Butler-Adams, though the Brompton’s inventor, Andrew Ritchie, continues to act as Technical Director, and ensures that each part of the bikes are well-designed. Their bikes are an excllent means of short distance commuting. Whether one takes their Bike to work, to campus, or to run errands, this brand is a great eco-friendly way to bypass high gas prices.
