Greenspeed is a brand of Recumbent Bicycles is owned by a company of the same name; this is a family owned business that has been around since 1990. The idea for the original Greenspeed Recumbent Tricycle was conceived by Ian Sims; he began working on it in his backyard shed. Since then,  the company has expanded into three factory units in a neighbouring suburb. This company boasts  an assortment of recumbent tricycles and HPVs, all with carefully constructed parts and tight final assembly. They are headquarted in Victoria, Australia.
