Surly is an American based company that is headquarted in Bloomington, Minnesota. They were established circa 1998 and are owned by and share facilities with Quality Bicycle Products (QBP). Throughout its history, Surly has repeatedly made history with their innovative products. For instance, back in 2005, Surly presented the world with the Pugsley, the first mass-produced mountain bike with very large volume tires, up to 4 inches wide, for deep snow and sand riding. To this day, Surly leads the way in inventiveness and design when in comes to their Bikes.
