We’ve been the low price leader since 2002. That’s the easy part. We like to think it’s our expertise, passion for the product and gold star service that really make the difference.

If you find a product somewhere else for less, submit your price match request. If the price qualifies, we’ll email you a coupon for 110% of the difference. If you’ve already purchased through our website, we’ll refund the difference.

Submit Your 110% Price Match Request:

Send an email along with the following information to info@urbanscooters.com and we’ll reply within 24 hours;

     1) Your name.
     2) The shipping zip code.
     3) Link to lower priced product.

* Please note: We are unable to match pricing by phone.

Terms:

* Add product price PLUS cost of shipping and tax to determine total cost. Tax excluded from CA sales, and CO Go-Ped sales.
* 110% price match guarantee valid up to 7 days after purchase.
* Product must be new, not refurbished, restocked, etc.
* Product must be in stock on the competitors website and for sale online.
* The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc).
* The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product following manufacturer sales guidelines (ie; MAP pricing).
* We reserve the right to lower our pricing before calculating a price match.
* Void when manufacturer price incentives are in effect.
* Guarantee applies to products sold directly by UrbanScooters.com, not those sold by our merchant partners.
* Good for one item per customer.
* Not valid for parts and gear.
* Rebates, coupons, in-cart discounts and BOGO offers are eligible at the discretion of UrbanScooters.com. There’s a good chance we’ll honor them, so send ‘em if you find ‘em!
