Returns that don’t follow Return Policy guidelines may be refused and require the customer to pay return shipping and handling fees, or if accepted, may be subject to an additional restocking fee of up to 15%.

Premium Delivery Support: If your item delivers with damage or defect, we’ll replace it for free. The other guys just send parts (and make you pay for shipping).

Standard Delivery Support: If your item delivers with damage or defect, replacement parts are shipped and technical support provided. The first two shipments are free. The customer must pay postage on all further shipments.

Lifetime Technical Support: If you need troubleshooting advice, simply contact X-Treme by phone or support ticket. Tech support is available for the life of your eBike or Scooter!
