30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Our return policy is extended to 30 Days! The other guys only offer 15 days.
No Restocking Fee: Our standard 15% restocking fee is waived on returns.
Returns that don’t follow Return Policy guidelines may be refused and require the customer to pay return shipping and handling fees, or if accepted, may be subject to an additional restocking fee of up to 15%.
Premium Delivery Support: If your item delivers with damage or defect, we’ll replace it for free. The other guys just send parts (and make you pay for shipping).
If three rounds of parts don’t fix the problem, we’ll pay to have the product returned, then ship a replacement for free.
All physical damage should be reported in the initial claim. Secondary shipments to resolve damage will not be counted towards the three rounds of parts. In addition to parts, technical support is provided.
Replacement Parts: If we don’t carry a part you need and you purchased from us, you’re in luck. We’re happy to help you track it down.
Local Service: When you buy from UrbanScooters.com, we’ll help you find a local service center.
