Holiday Refund & Warranty Policy ExtensionTo help you get an early start on your holiday shopping, we're offering an extension on our standard 15 Day Return Policy and an extension of the Manufacturer's Warranty on most UrbanScooters Direct products we sell.

Refund Policy Extension: When you purchase from 11/27/20 through 12/24/20 you will receive a Refund Policy Extension. All merchandise purchased between these dates can be postmarked for return on or before 1/09/21 according to the terms of our Refund Policy. Refund extension does not apply to X-Treme, Go-Ped, or EcoReco brands.

Warranty Extension: You'll receive a warranty extension on all electric scooters, gas scooters, electric bikes, push scooters, go karts, pocket bikes and ride-on toys purchased from our store. When you purchase from 11/23/20 through 12/24/20 your warranty start date will be extended to 12/25/20. That's up to an additional 30 days warranty. Warranty Extension does not apply to Go-Ped, or EcoReco brands.

Please note: If you require warranty service prior to 12/25/20 it will be provided and this will not void the extension.
