Shipping Policy

UrbanScooters.com offers FREE SHIPPING on all electric scooter, gas powered scooter, electric bike and push scooter orders placed within the continental United States. Larger items are shipped by Discounted Freight.

Shipments are delivered by standard ground delivery via reputable carriers, typically UPS, FedEx or DHL. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, PMB's, APO's, DPO's or FPO's. Some items may ship separately. The delivery date provided is not guaranteed, but an accurate approximation. Providing inaccurate information at checkout or shipping to an alternate mailing address may cause a brief delay for order verification. Some exceptions may apply, see the product information page for additional info.

An email with your tracking number and approximate delivery date will be sent within 2-3 business days of placing your order. If you have not received a Shipping Notification email within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us at orders@UrbanScooters.com. Include your Invoice # in the subject line of the email.

X-TREME SCOOTERS: FREE GROUND SHIPPING (1 - 6 Days)

All X-Treme Scooter brand products will deliver in approximately 1-6 business days when ordered before 10am Pacific Time unless otherwise noted on the product information page. See map below. Weekends and holidays are not counted as transit days.MOTOTEC & UBERSCOOT: FREE GROUND SHIPPING (1 - 5 Days)

All MotoTec and UberScoot brand products will deliver in approximately 1-5 business days when ordered before 8am Pacific Time unless otherwise noted on the product information page. See map below. Weekends and holidays are not counted as transit days.

GO-PED: FREE GROUND SHIPPING (1 - 5 Days)

All Go-Ped brand products will deliver in approximately 1-5 business days when ordered before 10am Pacific Time unless otherwise noted on the product information page. See map below. Weekends and holidays are not counted as transit days.

DISCOUNTED FREIGHT SHIPPING

Freight shipping is necessary for our larger products. If freight is required, it will be noted on the product page along with the discounted cost of shipment.

For an estimated delivery date, see the Ground Shipping Maps above and add 2 days.

Please provide a valid phone number and alternate phone number (if available) at checkout. Shortly before the delivery date, a friendly freight driver will contact you to schedule the date and time of delivery. You will need to be home to receive the package at the scheduled time.

If the driver is unable to reach you after several calls or you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the package may be returned according to our Return Policy.

Please inspect the package before the driver leaves. Mark all visible damage on the bill of lading before signing. By signing the bill of lading without damages, you are confirming receipt of the package in proper condition.

An additional freight charge of $79.95 may be required for orders shipping to New York, Pennsylvania and Martha's Vineyard Island zip codes beginning 100-104, 110-119, 150-196 and 025-026.

PRIORITY SHIPPING UPGRADES

Our products ship by standard ground delivery or freight. I'm sorry, but expedited shipping options are not available.

SHIPPING TO AN ALTERNATE MAILING ADDRESS

We are more than happy to ship orders to an alternate mailing address, but for your security there are some restrictions.

Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover: When shipping to an alternate address, we verify your order manually. The verification process is quick and typically completed by the next business. To verify your order, we ask for the billing phone number on file with your credit card company at checkout. We then contact you to verify your order through the confirmed phone number. To expedite processing, please contact your credit card company to update your phone number if you believe the correct number may not be on file. You can bypass this verification process by shipping to your billing address.

PayPal: We only ship PayPal orders to a CONFIRMED PayPal address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I'm sorry, but we are currently unable to ship internationally.

SHIPPING TO HAWAII AND ALASKA

We are unable to ship to Hawaii and Alaska at this time. We hope to offer this service soon!
