Shipping Policy

Coronavirus Update: We're open and shipping!

UrbanScooters.com offers FREE SHIPPING on all electric scooter, gas powered scooter, electric bike and push scooter orders placed within the continental United States. Larger items are shipped by Discounted Freight.

Shipments are delivered by standard ground delivery via reputable carriers, typically UPS or FedEx. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, PMB's, APO's, DPO's or FPO's. Some items may ship separately. The delivery date provided is not guaranteed, but an accurate approximation. Providing inaccurate information at checkout or shipping to an alternate mailing address may cause a brief delay for order verification. Some exceptions may apply, see the product information page for additional info.

For your security, all orders are shipped signature required. FedEx/UPS Hold For Pick-Up options (or similar) are not available. Please have an adult available at the delivery address to sign for your package.

An email with your tracking number and approximate delivery date will be sent within 2-3 business days of placing your order. If you have not received a Shipping Notification email within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us at orders@UrbanScooters.com. Include your Invoice # in the subject line of the email.

PRIORITY SHIPPING UPGRADES

Our products ship by standard ground delivery or freight. I'm sorry, but expedited shipping options are not available.

SHIPPING TO AN ALTERNATE MAILING ADDRESS

We normally ship to the billing address on your card, but are more than happy to ship to an alternate address. For your security, a manual verification process may apply.

PayPal: To avoid manual verification, we recommend payment by PayPal. Before placing an order, add the alternate shipping address to your PayPal account. Then confirm this address with PayPal. Please note: We are only able to ship to a confirmed PayPal address.

Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover: Credit/Debit card payment requires manual verification. We will contact you through the phone number on file with your credit card or bank to verify. Please provide the billing phone number at checkout. The verification process is quick and typically completed by the next business.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are able to ship some Go-Ped brand scooters internationally. If international shipping is available, the info will be found on the product page. I'm sorry, but we are currently unable to ship any other product internationally.

SHIPPING TO HAWAII AND ALASKA

We are unable to ship to Hawaii and Alaska at this time. We hope to offer this service soon!
