FREE GROUND SHIPPING (1 - 5 Days)

All X-Treme products ship within 2 business days of purchase. The scheduled delivery date is 1 - 5 days after shipment. See map below. Warehouse ships Mon - Thu. Weekends and holidays are not counted as transit days.ADDITIONAL INFO:

• When shipping to an alternate address, please allow one additional day for order verification. To avoid this delay, pay via PayPal and ship to a confirmed alternate address. More info.

• The X-Treme Cabo Cruiser & XB-504 ship by freight. Add an additional 1 - 3 days transit time.

• Expedited shipping is not available.

• Allow one additional transit day for parts and accessories.

• While UPS/FedEx packages deliver with 99% on-time reliability, this is not guaranteed.

FREIGHT SHIPMENT:

The X-Treme Cabo Cruiser & XB-504 ship by freight. Freight shipment takes an additional 1 - 3 transit days. The following infomation applies;

• Your shipping address must be accessible to a Freight Truck.

• Within 5 days of shipment, a friendly freight driver will contact you to schedule the date and time of delivery. You will need to be home to receive the package at the scheduled time. Please provide a valid phone number and alternate phone number (if available) at checkout.

• If the driver is unable to reach you after several calls or you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the package may be returned according to our Return Policy or redelivered with an added redelivery / storage fee.

• Product will be delivered curbside or to a dock. Please inspect the package before the driver leaves. Mark all visible damage on the bill of lading before signing. By signing the bill of lading without damages, you are confirming receipt of the package in proper condition.

• Additional fees may apply when shipping by freight to remote or difficult to access locations. For example;

Martha’s Vineyard, Island Deliveries, or NYC (zip codes ending in 100-104, 110-119, 150-196)

          No additional charge to a business address with a loading dock.
          $30.00 extra to a business address without a loading dock.
          $50.00 extra to a residence.

     Florida Keys (zip codes 33040 & 33037)
          $50.00 extra to a business address with a loading dock.
          $80.00 extra to a business address without a loading dock.
          $100.00 extra to a residence.

Home businesses do not qualify as a business address, only commercial business locations.

Schools, resorts, camp grounds, hotels, and ports/piers/docks do not qualify as delivery to a business address and may incur an additional shipping fee.

We will contact you after the sale if any of these additional fees apply.

VOLUME FREIGHT DISCOUNT

When ordering two or more Cabo Cruiser / XB-504, contact us prior to purchase for a reduced shipping rate. Include the following information; Model, Quantity, Shipping address, and whether we are delivering to a residential, a business address with a loading dock, or a business address without a loading dock.
