I'm glad I picked this scooter. First of all, it's beautiful! It also has a lot of power and takes me all the way to work and back. The tires are really tall and that's a plus. Another good thing is it's not super heavy like my last electric scooter. I'd just like to point out that the customer service at Urban Scooters is plain amazing. All my questions were answered, all my concerns were acknowledged, and I am very happy with my purchase.
