The X-Treme X-10 mini electric scooter is an awesome scootin machine for kids. This baby is perfect for a child making the transition from push to electric. It's 100 watt motor gives it a speed of 8mph, with a range of 5 miles.
This is a played down edition of those grown up electric scooters that they'll be begging for in years to come. It comes with features not offered on similar models like a variable speed twist throttle and real hand lever operated brakes. The XTreme X-10 Mini folds for easy storage and because it's electric it is environmentally friendly, noise-free, and operates on pennies a day. This is a terrific introduction to the world of electric scooters.
I got one X-10 mini for my son, and after my daughter saw it, she NEEDED one too. I called urbanscooters and got another one for my daughter. This scooter is for my two young children and the speed, acceleration, and braking are very user friendly and easy to use. I will upgrade soon, however, the X-10 is very good for the kids size right now. Once they grow, I will get them the X-600 scooter. :)
